The Imperial

If you could pick a perfect hotel you could not choose better than The Imperial. Brilliant owners and staff where nothing is a problem. Exceptionally clean and the breakfast is superb. Looking forward to my next visit in December.The best hotel in Plymouth by a country mile.Thank you for making my visit a wonderful experience.

Fantastic place to stay, great to be able to park and have breakfast included, Charlie the dog belly rubs was an added bonus, the room was spacious and clean :) TV aerial didn't work so tv was pixilated and unfortunately my window didn't seal so it was very noisey outside at times but it was still a great stay, I let them know about the window so I'm sure it will be resolved for the next person.

Lovely hotel in a central location. Staff were brilliant and breakfast selection decent.

The staff is super friendly and super helpful, they do their best to make you have the best possible experience. They helped me with booking a taxi the day I arrived, they serve breakfast with a smile which is always a good thing. The breakfast is super good and there is a wide range of options that you can choose. The room was a bit small, perfect for one person, two people could step over each other a bit. Hygiene and cleanliness are spot on. In general, it's a very lovely hotel. The position is not very glamorous and the street is quite dark at night but it's in the centre of Plymouth, close to bus stops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Overall, I was satisfied and I would suggest it to other people. I would consider it, if I had to go back to Plymouth.

Stayed at the Imperial as we were down for a football match. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the City Centre, the Barbican and 6 minutes by car from the railway station.The breakfast was excellent.The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy.I will definitely recommend it to all.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at The Imperial, and can honestly say this won’t be our last visit. The welcome and service we received was first class, the whole building was spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and relaxing. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

I stayed for 3 nights. Excellent value for money! Louise and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful to everything I needed. Nice cooked breakfast, clean room, and a perfect location. Quiet street and close to the center and any place worth seeing even if you don't have a car you have access to anything you need! I recommend it and I will surely stay there again next time I will be in the area.Yannis
