I called MSE Pest control as I had a wasp nest in my shed. I phoned at 6pm and they were at my address by 9am the following day.Mark gave us an excellent professional service. He is extremelyknowledgeable and a member of all the industries governing bodies. Mark is a friendly guy and gave us lots of Information on what he foud, took pictures to show us the huge problem we had and took the nest away. So nice to deal with an honest company!I was site visited today for a known rat intrusion to my property. Mark honestly told me that I didnt need repeat visits as my own initial investigations were correct.He advised me as to my next steps and pointed me to the sources to directly purchase these countermeasures rather than dishonestly make unnecessary repeat visits.I'm very happy to recommend MSE pest control.

Mark was highly professional, knowledgeable and very competent in his area of expertise….. Emergency mouse control - I phoned Mark one evening having seen a mouse and found a bag which had been nibbled at and he came out the next day. He was so quick and efficient at dealing with the situation I would highly recommend him. The problem was resolved within a week.

Called Mark after seeing his van in the village. He finished a job and came straight to the property to investigate a massive ant infestation. He treated the infestation straight away and said he would return as it would need further treatment. The occupant was a very vulnerable adult and Mark treat him with the utmost respect. He returned several times until he was satisfied the infestation was clear, hoovering and cleaning up at each visit. He left a report each time and made arrangements for payment via a third party member. Mark showed compassion for the occupant on each visit and was extremely kind when it came to the billing. Could certainly recommend.

I called mark around 10:30am and he was at my house by 4:15pm, he was very friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone who ever has a pest problem and will be sure to use him again in the future if ever need be. Couldn't be happier with the service!

I rarely bother with reviews but what a lovely & genuinely helpful man. I thought that I had vermin in the loft, Mark did a thorough inspection & put my mind at ease. What a refreshing change to have guy who arrives on time, profesional and clean. The guy advised me that we had wood lice and because the house had been stood without anyone living there for over 2 years, the damp had attracted the lice, albeit a small amount. He said he could spray the affected areas but it’s unnecessary because once the heating was back on these little harmless creatures would disappear to wherever they had come from. Great advice, and they was no charge for this advice and even gave me a written report, it work the lice have gone.Great service, great guy I would definitely recommend these people for honestyWell done
