CoolMed - Medical Fridges

Called to order another fridge after a previous great experience. Got through to Sam who sorted it all in under 5 minutes. Will use again, Excellent products and super customer service

Highly recommended. Incredibly prompt and efficient customer service and delivery. A great company providing useful add-ons such as disposal of old items. We are very happy with our new fridge (CMG500) and will definitely be using CoolMed again.

The most disgraceful customer service I have ever received from any company, they cannot even refund your money when their customer services advises it will be done.If they call regarding servicing or calibration of your fridge, keep saying no and run away as fast as you can!

I received excellent customer service from Sam. I called this morning to get more information about the different range of fridges available and what would suit my needs for the clinic. He was so helpful with all aspects of my questions and queries. I made my decision on the perfect size fridge. I was able to collect my fridge straight away as the warehouse wasn’t too far from where I live. He helped me transport it into my car and over all was just so helpful with any questions and queries I had. Really smooth sale and so glad I went with CoolMed. Thanks a lot

What an appalling level of customer service, CoolMed called in Jan-22 to service and calibrate my pharmaceutical grade fridge and took payment. They arranged for an engineer to call in March-22 to service the fridge, except no one turned up!When CoolMed was contacted, they knew nothing about as they had out sourced the service and contractor had simply not turned up.Contacting customer services was met with the usual apologies and at no point was there any effort to rectify the situation, even refunding the money was taking an age! In today's internet banking totally unacceptable.Yes, we all make mistakes, how we recover and respond from those mistakes defines the organisation's reputation.There needs to be some internal reflection on how you can improve the systems within your organisation to improve the level of service the organisation provides.As it stands, I will never use this company again.

Have had un under counter fridge in my clinic for just over a year. Everything from initial delivery, quality and now customer services has been first class. Had a problem (of my own making) today and spoke to Matt in technical; he was friendly, understanding and on top of it efficient. Cannot praise this company more.

I ordered two vaccine fridges from CoolMed on behalf of the Doctors Surgery where I work. We paid the invoice on the 19th and the fridges were here by the 26th, which was brilliant because most retailers stated delivery would be a 2-3 week wait. I also found that the fridges were much more reasonably priced from CoolMed. Overall really happy with the service received.

Absolutely dreadful post purchase service. I bought a fridge on 6th July this year but it stopped working. I was promised an engineer. I am still waiting. Not even a call to arrange. As a medical establishment that needs medical fridges, this is simply not good enough. Avoid at all cost.

THE customer service was good, friendly helpful and prompt. The delivery service not so good. The item arrived on a pallet and was delivery out side the premises. This was not due to the courier drives fault but rather the advice he was given by his company. We weren't informed that this would be the case on delivery, but not sure whose responsibility that was.

This was our first purchase from CoolMed and I have to say we found the experience simple, efficient and prompt. We took delivery and were able to get everything set up without any fuss. I was also incredibly impressed at how quickly the fridge dropped down to the temperature we needed. We will definitely use CoolMed again as our requirements are increasing.
