I have been using Andrew’s services since last November and I have seen a big change in the way my body looks, I became stronger and I became more aware of my diet. All in all I developed a healthier life style, one that is sustainable and easy to follow. Andrew was great at understanding my needs and he put together a plan that worked for me and adapted it for my needs. Now I have a fitness routine I enjoy and I hope to work with Andrew for the years to come to teach my fitness goals.

He really helped me improve what I thought I knew about training and made going to the gym fun as well as helped me increase my confidence in working out! Training with Andrew was amazing, he knew how to push me to reach my workout goals and how to motivate me when a specific exercise was challenging. I also found him to be a friendly person with whom I could get into a pleasant conversation that made me feel confident and engaged during my sessions with him. Overall, I remember the almost year that I trained with him as a great experience, where I was able to get more than the results I expected to achieve and knowledge about my nutrition and training that has served me well since I returned to my country.

Andy’s a great trainer. I started working with him when I had tennis wrist injury and needed a new gym workout. I continued seeing him and it’s been over a year now, seeing him once a week. It’s a great motivator to get into the gym and I continue to see great results and feel much stronger. I’d highly recommend :-)

I've trained with Andrew for around a year and he has been fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me to learn all about strength training, while also providing exercises to help improve my running. The programme has been fit around my goals and lifestyle, and I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and fitness since training with him. Being a 2-year client of Mr Andrew, it was quite grateful to summarize my overall experience here. Officially, Andrew presents his advanced professionalism of sport science, physical performance, nutrition science, physical health and the prevention of physical injuries, which all effectively applied in my workout experience over last two years.I do also hugely enjoyable over the shared periods with Andrew. Because of the various benefits of the 121 service, including special design of training plan, nutrition guidance, up-to-date trace of body condition(weight, protein, fat, muscle, etc indicators), and the flexible strategies to fit my needs, I’ve achieved those goals as I expected at the beginning.Those consistent cares and supports, encouragement, communication, great patience did grab my minds and hearts which always positively help me to look forward and push me giro.With the workout process cooperated with Andrew, I have got much more energy and confidence to face any challenges in life and work, that’s something mostly benefit from the cooperation with Andrew.
