I ordered a frame online ten days before Christmas, when most other custom frame retailers were fulfilling new orders in January of next year. The order was shipped the NEXT DAY! And I received it two days later, on 18th Dec. Was kept updated of the processing/shipping via e-mails. The custom frame fits my artwork like a glove, and the wood has a nice natural finish, survived the journey in great condition, and is a great combo of study & lightweight. I've ordered with them twice and both times I was really satisfied with the quality and price of their products, prompt dispatch and care they put into packing my orders.

I ordered fine art giclee prints with mounts for my new business at a few hundred pounds initial outlay, a lot for a small enterprise. The description was giclee prints commonly used for art reproduction, what I received were digital prints with no white border, the images were not checked for flaws, and mounts with the exact aperture size the prints were cut down too, unfortunately this means both are unusable as quality art reproductions or mounts. I have since found a great supplier of giclee prints of a very high quality and they check artwork. I did feel I was reasonable and asked the company to reimburse some of my costs as the prints sent are not resell-able as art reproductions, and the mounts too large for the print. It has been over a month now with no contact or partial refund, I therefore feel compelled to leave a review and urge any artists to check what they are purchasing. Incidentally the communication I had after my complaint, stated they did do art prints for local customers and would print giclee art prints for me at an additional cost, it’s a little disingenuous as that is what I thought I had originally purchased. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend i can FRAME! The customer service is super responsive (special thanks to Janine who has been really helpful throughout my order). The quality of printing is incredible and I will be ordering from them again !

I wish I could give them a zero or a more negative score as they gave me the worst customer experience of the last 5 years.I brought a cloth to them in December and 3 months later the job wasn't done. They blamed on the supplier.I found overly poor that I had to reach out to them to get updates. This is terrible customer service. They kept on moving the goal post.I finally obtained a refund, although the owner took nearly 10 minutes to do as he didn't know how to use the POS.The experience was so abysmal that I struggle to understand how they can still be in business. Stay away

I absolutely love the mount I ordered, it was easy to specify using their online tool and delivered on the next work day after I ordered. Their customer support is great if you have any questions - I highly recommend ordering here - very satisfied.

Ordered some artist mount packs, then some more ... and will definately order more. You can tell they care about their workmanship not only from the quality of the mounts but even by the way they are packaged for shipping. Top Quality and great prices. Thank you!
