In the heart of the night life. Really good value for money with typical Liverpool friendliness . Comfy bed, powerful shower.Just a little bit noisy but not a problem. I would certainly recommend it.

had a very nice night here.The room was very clean, the reception and bartender were very friendly and approachable, you can borrow a hairdryer from reception and by the way the bed was really comfortable. However, I stayed on Wednesday night and it is possible that the bar concerts nearby are more noisy on the weekend. The breakfast was lovely too, they provide traditional english breakfast, I was too full and didn't eat lunch until 3pm. would high recommend to book this hotel＆bar in Liverpool for friends.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were all very helpful, professional and polite. Rooms are adequate - the curtains could do with a good clean. The breakfast was great (except only instant coffee). Be sure to ask for a quiet room in the middle of the hotel. The pedestrian traffic up and down the alley next to the hotel is very loud, ALL NIGHT long. Recommend for young people who plan to party anyway! Also, no parking next to the hotel so hard to offload your luggage and there is no lift, so travel light. Tip for newcomers to Liverpool - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR ANYWHERE IN LIVERPOOL, and be SURE you have parked legally and have paid the correct parking fee. Recommend QPARK up the street - secure parking lot with restricted access.

Great location, ideal for group stop overs. We had a four man room, no thrills but also very clean and spacious. The bartender downstairs pours a naughty pint of Guinness too, would stay again.

It's a nice pub. Plenty to do to keep you and your group entertained. I wouldn't call it a Beatles bar but it was adequate. The server was efficient but didn't appear to want to be there either.

The staff were lovely, breakfast wasn't half bad, good central location, but it was SO noisy, like trying to sleep in the middle of a nightclub. Thank goodness for sleeping pills and noise cancelling headphones, or I'd have been awake all night.

Old style pub, good clean room is big enough. Suggest if booking ask for room 29 as the venue and the area can be noisy at night as it is in the entertainment district. Very good included breakfast.
