Don't bother buying a home from this company. Built way to quickly. 5 years later I'm still finding faults. Flooring is so cheap its not stuck down correctly and is easily damaged and has no underlay so stuck straight to the floor. All taps and bathrooms are prone to leaking. Bath front covers so cheap they absorb water. Extractor fans are useless and put in the wrong place so mould and damp occurs in the ceiling. Also walls are not plastered and white washed so the paint just wipes off.Spend your money elsewhere otherwise you will spend it fixing all the issues.Adding further to my review, owned my home 7years now. The toilet cistern, cooker hood and thermostats have all broken. I know things do break but surely not after 7 years. Just goes to show how cheap these are made.

I previously had two properties built by a local builder so Chestnut Homes had a high standard to meet, I can honestly say the property we bought at Kings Manor was built to a high standard and we were not disappointed, we have been living in the property eight months now and love the house.
