I use this shop regularly for dropping off parcels - the staff in general are always friendly and helpful. I dropped a parcel off this morning containing ceramics marked fragile with tape all over it having paid almost £30 to EVRI international - the parcel was handed over scanned and then dropped from waist height onto the floor. I pointed out that the parcel was marked fragile. Answer it’s going to get treated like that in the van!I don’t want anything done about it but if it is damaged when it arrives at its destination then this will be my first port of call!There is no point marking a parcel as fragile if the first person in the chain to handle it takes not a bit of notice!

Always well stocked and very friendly staff. Good one way system at the moment due to covid and people mostly respect the 2 metre rule. Special mention to Joe who always has a friendly word and in the 50 odd times I've been in the shop has never been in a mood or been anything less than professional.

I only really give reviews to really good places and tend ignore the rest. Well though this is only a relatively small store, all the essentials are there and the staff as in the reviews by other people, are absolutely great.I love coming to this store, if nothing else but for the chats. Keep it up to all that work here. Your efforts haven't gone unnoticed especially during COVID
