Delivery service is discusting ripped me off by 3 pound so 25 pound for a pizza cake and pop

I Regularly order from here, The food is always beautiful and nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff and drivers. Great selection to cover all needs including vegetatian. Highly reccomended

Ordered food from here, when it came there was no donner kebab, had sent small kebab meat instead. Rang them straight away and they said they would send it out but would be another 45min wait. Still nothing after an hour so rang back was told driver was on way. After yet another half hour rang back and was told he wasn't coming now so wasn't getting my kebab tonight. So basically I was lied to on previous call and ended up with no kebab!Was told I would get discount on next order but I won't be giving them my business again! Shocking! They don't deserve any stars!

Honestly a couple of years back I would of gave this place 3star but for the past 8 month I’ve had nothing but outstanding food from here. The pizza is honestly getting near restaurant quality. Absolutely banging takeaway. Highly recommend

Ordered from here the other night for deserts, as the cookies are lush! However they were missed off the order (understand that mistakes are made and they had closed so fair enough). we decided to order again tonight. Online ordering was easy and 10% discount which we thought was great. Food was delivered quick. My partner enjoyed his pizza and my burger was nice too. However the chips were completely inedible as they were half frozen still. Would ring and complain but not the end of the world, will just take our custom elsewhere.

Delivery driver was so rude I more than one occasion. Food is inconsistent which is a shame. It can be really good but then when you order again it’s disgusting!! Someone is getting underpaid!!!!

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. Often get orders wrong and say you will have to pay to have corrected. Contacted owner who said would sort and heard nothing. Completely disgusted by service. Also here questionable stories about the staffs behaviour towards people. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered pizzas and kebab last night, order was 20 minutes late but not end of world, however the pizzas were like warm which meant they weren't very nice, on top of that we ordered large chips which were missed off order. In a town full of pizza shops think they need to make more effort, we will be trying different takeaway next time.

I've recommended this place in my pub as it was ok but tonight has changed my mind completely. Numerous of missed items on the order so we had hungry children!Waited 45 mins over the expected arrival time. Rang back tonight after waiting and waiting.... to have a lass Katie Archer answer my call. I asked if she could find out where the driver was as my children were waiting to go to bed. To be told it's on it's way... I said u was told that 15 mins ago when I rang and they said he should be there any second.... then she hung up on me which is very rude and no customer service. Finally turned up another 20 mins later...No onion rings or salad was delivered bit as vegetarians they sent kebab meat instead! My friends burger was totally wrong to what was ordered. Chicken had hard gristle in it and put him off so he couldn't eat it.I've had my customers from my pub order from the menus I have out for people and they also have had items missing and ages in wait times to then get it wrong and cold!The menus in my pub will now be going in the bin and we wont be returning.Avoid at all costs. Total waste of money! Rude staff. The driver was decent and that's the only positive who deserves the star. This place defo doesn't!

Ordered chicken Kiev was not . Bland no taste also asked for thin crust, was normal. Meat feast was burnt! Chips where dry all 3 of them!! Spoke to 3 people had an attitude with me. Told definitely I was wrong, but next time I order I will get free pizza. I'm definitely never ordering from you again. Please don't waste your money is my advice!!! So wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Hopefully people will look at all these reviews, and save their money.
