Thanks all and particularly Sarah in sales who sorted the delivery. Got my NEFF oven safely from the couriers and now installed. Best price on the web so pleased with value for money. Order acknowledgement came quickly, service would be even better if the delivery time was notified too as soon as possible after so I knew when to expect arrival. Thanks all.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered a product with a 3-5 delivery date which after a week I had had no update at all. I called up to enquire and I was informed the product wasn’t actually in stock, but they were working on it. Across the 2 weeks I made 4 separate attempts to get an update and I was assured each time, I would a receive call back with at least some form of update. Of course this never happened, leaving me doing all the running until the point I had had enough and cancelled. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

ordered from here then straight afterwards read some of the negative comments and thought id made a massive mistakeall i can say on their behalf is they answered all my emails and telephone calls pretty much immediately.They had a slight problem with stock and a lady called sarah wrang me straight away explaining the situation that my order was a couple of days late so we could either wait or get a refund....i couldnt wait because we needed the item asap so refund was credited straight away.sarah even mentioned she woud leave our order open in case we couldnt find the specific item so we could go back to them which i will if i cannot find the item.

SCAM…. Ordered a sink on their website no delivery date given. Emails do not go through. Phone calls not answered. Given refund by credit card company.
