I must say I didn't know about this business until I was frantically looking for a battery for my car and all other places were opening later. Luckily they had a suitable battery available straight away. They advised I could bring the old battery back for recycling. The gentleman must have seen that I was a bit frazzled and reminded me of which port to put on first, which was very kind of him. Will definitely not go elsewhere for batteries from now on.

Massive thumbs up to the guys at Easystart today, they not only helped me get the correct battery(& they were friendly) but one of the lads(Danny) actually fitted it for me!! I would certainly recommend them & you can find them down at St Marks Rd at (behind tesco petrol station). Thanks guys!

This is what 'good old customer service' is all about! I visited today and couldn't have asked for more. I got an honest and knowledgeable person serving me who helped me out no end and saved me from making a costly mistake.Other companies I know would've said nothing and just took my money. Not only will I use Easystart Batteries again in the future, they will be my first choice every time and my number 1 recommendation to others.Well done guys and thank you.

Went to see if they would kindly check my battery, as website says. Chap said that testing battery would give false reading as I'd told him that the car didn't start earlier. I wanted to eliminate the battery as the reason it didn't start. Reluctantly he then tested it. Told me it was the battery. So I purchased a new one. Asked him if he possibly could lend me a 10mm socket so that I could fit new battery. His response sorry mate I have had too many tools nicked ". Not a smart thing to say as it made me believe that he thought I was a criminal. I was

Rang around all the local motor factors for prices before coming across Easystart. The battery was of a higher spec and cheaper than all others. Was in and out of the trade counter in 5 mins. Fantastic service.
