Had a wonderful experience today. Been having difficulty trying to send back post due to royal mail strike. Came into store to be told it wasn't possible, but instead of leaving it like that, the lady then showed me another way to send back on her phone and even where to go and how to use it. Really helpful! She then also told me to come find her if I'm still struggling! Fantastic customer service!

Maybe it's age but don't like the kids range here. Trying to make them grow up to quickly. Great starbucks though

Great location in a large retail park with plenty choice of shops. Easy parking outside. Nice, tidy and clean store. Starbucks upstairs. Friendly staff who was talkative and helpful at same time. Great option to email receipt too!. Would recommend this store to others.

Disgusted! Absolute ignorant and arrogant manager and staff who do not listen to the customer and it seems they have their own consumer laws within this store/outlet. If you would like a refund do not shop in this store!! You won't get one". Don't bother trying to call customer services or use online chat

Terrible experience. After looking online and seeing they had extended sizing I went in store to see things in person. When I asked the woman behind the counter where the plus sizes were she looked me up and down and said they didn’t have any. Didn’t offer me an alternative or explain if they were online only. Customer experience was absolutely horrible and dismissive.
