I visited here as a private practice to make an anti-snore appliance. KDC provided me the necessary paperwork and invoices for me to successfully claim this back through a private health care insurance. The price quoted was competitive to other dentists around but the device made looked more robust and is molded to my teeth and jaw.

Just recently joined the practice and they have been amazing. I have terrible fear/ anxiety and not had great experiences with dentists but they were amazing.

Fantastic dental surgery. Throughout the procedure Megan kept me informed about all the steps. Super impressed that Megan called me a day after the appointment to make sure I was okay. 5 star customer service

UPDATESo this temp suggested the tooth should be pulled because there is no saving the tooth as root canal would not last. I dont appreciate such negativity and thank goodness im experienced enough to know to seek a second opinion. The other dentist in chelmsford thought it was worth a shot and then performed what i can only describe as the most comfortable root canal treatment i could have ever dreamt of.Original Post===========I've had a good experience in the past here but I can't excuse their recent mistake. I went in April 23 with an issue and I was told it was nothing, no x-ray or anything which seemed to me to be standard caution. 6 months later and the abcess has really taken a hold and the tooth needs to go and who knows what else damage. I'm annoyed with myself for not knowing better so what does that make their position? Incompetent? Negligent?Now there's a temp in there while they have babies so even less trust although he said so many things were wrong that have also never been mentioned before making me question everyone now so off to get a second opinion.

I have recently had some correction cosmetic work done to my teeth following an accident a few years ago. I can not fault my dentist Malin. She was friendly, professional, and gave me a number of options to choose from and kept me informed every step of the way. I had circa 8 appointments over 2 months and found it easy to get a convenient appointment every time. I even needed to make an emergency appointment and was squeezed in first thing Monday with Danny when Malin was not working. The practice constantly went above and beyond to accommodate me. Malin was a perfectionist and ensured the completed work was perfect which even meant sending work back to the lab to be corrected to a higher standard. I highly recommend Malin and the practice as a whole. There is not one fault i can give and my teeth are now pain free and look white straight and amazing. Couldn't of asked for a better dentist and practice.

Due to a bad experience at the dentist at the age of six, I have always had a deep fear of dentists. Malin has looked after my teeth for a number of years. I have had fillings and a tooth extraction and her calm, charming manner has always put me at ease and banished my terror.

Incredible service. I needed an emergency appointment and was seen that day. The staff were all so friendly and professional. The practice was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I am delighted with the dental work I have had done and have now registered all of my family. I highly recommend this practice. It is easy to park and access is great. All of my appointments have been on time and I believe excellent value for money.
