Our first family visit since signing up to Revive Dental Care. We got an appointment really quickly, the staff were friendly and attentive. The appointment itself was on time and quick, really happy with the care and advice we all received.

Revive Dental Care
Rodericks/Revive Dental is by far my most favourite dentist. The dental nurses are all lovely, and of course, Amna is the best dentist there is. She always explains everything well, gives honest feedback, and goes through all options with you. Adjusts conversations according to her audience, and puts you at ease. Exemplary!

Service has gotten better. Was mostly confused in previous times whether I need to pay before or after treatment. Overall I would say communication has greatly improved.

Dr Amnar is brilliant. I have autism and she knows exactly how to deal with me.I'm annoyed that at some time recently, maybe a change of computer system, my wife has been taken off the patient list without any information at all. We registered as a 4 person family, 1 moved away and 3 still attend or so we thought. I looks like a previous email address has been used rather the my wife's correct email address therefore she has been dropped even though she acts as my chaperone when I'm not feeling overly well yet still want to attend for my appointment.

Absolutely amazing treatment and service from today, saw Dr James Bartholomew who made me feel completely at ease as I am such a nervous person and everything went so well. A lot of reassurance and made me feel at ease so kind from the minute I arrived in the room. Service from the dental nurse Vic was excellent who was so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend coming to this place for treatment/checkups. Reception staff also very friendly on arrival, chatty, and made you feel very welcome.

Had a tooth taken out today by Phil and Mia and have to pass comment as they were absolutely brilliant. Phil is simply the best Dentist I have ever had. Phil and Mia were both calming, and helpful with the procedure and understanding with problems that I have with my back, they are just brilliant. They are both an absolute credit to Revive and Ambassadors to how Dentist's should be. Thank you both for all you have done and the extremely polite and helpful receptionist staff too.Best wishes to allChris

Today I saw the dental hygienist for a cleaning. She was very professional and sympathetic, listening to some concerns I had and explaining how she would address them. This was my second time visiting Revive Dental and on both occasions I have found all of the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional.

Unfortunately I got a coldsore overnight and had to reschedule my appointment which was first thing. Very understanding, managed to reschedule my hygienist too. They were remarkably calm considering their systems just crashed. Reception staff seemed better prepared than ever

Pleasant experience as far as a visit to the dentist can be. Have been a client for 5+ years and no plans to change. Not a great patient in the past but have confidence in the treatment I have received.
