Was better when Kevin and I think his wife Katie were doing the nails always perfect , I still use kt but find they don’t really speak to you just speak amongst themselves in foreign language and take ages to do nails and I’ve had them break a few times since the younger ones have been doing them would of give 5 stars if it was the original owners

The shape is awful, even when i asked to fix the shape they did not and the same for the painting i asked 2 times that i wanted thin lines and still left with thick ones.

The ladies here are always amazing. So busy in the run up to Christmas but take time to perfect every set of nails they do at a brilliant pace.Wouldn't go anywhere else.Myself and my daughter went for acrylics and gels for the little one.

Got pedicure but they over charged me, I asked not gel but they did it anyway and only said after they don’t do “normal polish”, so I had to pay 7 pound extra, (£35 in total) also painted my nails before soaking or filing etc which was unusual to me and I had to neaten up my nails when I got home cause they had left them jagged. Staff weren’t very welcoming or communicative. Might be good for manicures/acrylics.

Only place I go to for nails in Newcastle, totally brilliant service, the staff are very thorough and it doesn't feel like you're being rushed like in other nail places. Very professional service, do a brilliant job each time.

Very bad service there was this male staff he did my nails and they weren’t that straight there was a hair in my nail stick from the manicure and he slapped me for moving me hand and started shouting in a different language when one of the other staff told him I wanted gems on them. I do not recommend the male staff with the straight hair doing your nails.

Since having my nails done by someone else for 2 years, i was a bit apprehensive at first going to a salon. But i'm now relieved that i've found someone else who has done a fabulous new set of nails for me. Plenty of lovely colours to choose from.
