Having been given an expensive gift we were told they would help adjust strap. I had to wait a long time for assistance and left. On my return I was asked if I had shopping. I asked if there was someone who could help and lo and behold there was!

Last week, my wife and I visited late on Friday to purchase an item, the young sales girl that served us was, quite frankly, abysmal. The young lady clearly could not be bothered about customers in the shop, more interested in playing with her hair, we asked her for the particular item and purchased it, but throughout the whole process there was no interest from this young lady at all, there was also a distinct lack of manners.Staff at the front end of a retail business should be much better than this.
