Only use this bank for Paying money in and there is alwasy a que for doing so. have to use deposit machine i don't like the deposit machines so mite aswell get rid of the bank and just leave one machine there and cut my interest rate down some with less staff to pay for.

Whats up with your atm's at night time. Why they allways not working? For past few months. People need cash to pay for the bus and stuff... Always have to use other banks.

I always like going in the branch as the staff are always helpful and nice ,keep up the good work

Incredibly awful customer service, i was here as a translator (i don’t even have a bank account here) and I will never have one in this bank especially. After a unbelievable customer service , I asked to speak to the manager and one of the “ladies” told me that he would arrive in an hour, and if they thought that due to the waiting time I would leave, that was not the case. I stayed waiting for the manager and he arrived in 6 or 7 minutes maximum. Extremely polite and the only person who gave the customer service that people deserve. I don't know the name of the person who “helped” me and I wouldn't expose it here either; We all have bad days and I understand that the language barrier can be very frustrating, but never humiliate someone because of their background, Life is incredibly wise, and someday, it may be your turn. I hope you don't make your existence bitter because of this comment and just take it as a lesson. In the end we are all in the same boat and if you give a excellent service it will be reciprocal, and it will be taught and will be carried in any industry. I hope you have a great day and I can change this review in the future.

iv'ex had no access to my online banking for nearly 5 months iv'e been to branch but get told i need a phone my dr advises me not to have a phone on mental grounds i'm disabled and live in horley which makes it difficult to come to crawley iv'e spoken to the financail ombudsman and they say i have

I got a text message from Lloyds saying that I've successfully registered a new device. I dont have an account with Lloyds I'm with Santander so I do not understand how this has happened please sort this out.

Why is the bank not open on a Saturday morning. 9_2 mon_fri hours are impossible for people who work.Its pathetic to blame covid!!!
