We recently purchased a property listed with Your Move in Beccles.They booked us in for a viewing incredibly quickly - we were shown around by Tom who was extremely helpful throughout the viewing process.After we put in our offer, we were handed over to Olly, who was incredibly patient and worked effortlessly - not only assisting the sellers - but also ourselves, in order to get an outcome / sale that suited us all.This was all backed up in the office by Madison, who helped us with any additional questions we had.We were so impressed with them as a team overall. Highly recommended!

Shocking unprofessional service! Booked viewing last week to see the property at the Meadows, Thurton for today at 1pm. I phoned Oliver James office one hour before the viewing to confirm the postcode ( as they failed to send me confirmation email) to be told that they haven’t booked me in! In fact they have cancelled all the existing viewings due to vendor not being well but failed to communicate it to me, and also the vendor has got an offer already that they are considering. When I told them that based on the listing we were planning to go with the strong offer as this property was our Nr1 choice from all the listings, we were told that unfortunately we will not be able to see the property at all but we can make an offer if we want without seeing it. That was just an absurd suggestion from them as if you ever buy a house without viewing it??!! We drove to see this property for 4 hours with a child, they knew that we are not from the area so could have communicated at least. Absolutely mind boggling attitude, treated me like an absolute zero! Potential buyers Avoid, and sellers be aware that the serious buyers can be treated like a complete nothing. Will not be using this company again. Based on my experience, expect to be completely let down by this office. Although the director Ollie called me later today to apologise and say he will investigate this, that does not change the situation. Unprofessional business.***Post reply. As I mentioned to you on the phone that I have not received any cancellation email from your agency whatsoever and I did check the junk mail too, and you replied to me that you usually send block emails. So your claims now that you have sent me an email are untrue, and you know it. Nobody offered me any solution, nobody offered to rebook my viewing or anything like that. I was told quite bluntly that will not be able to have a viewing, even when I said that we were going with a very good offer (over asking price), I still was not given any choice. Apart from, that I could make an offer without viewing (I am appalled if you consider it to be a good solution)! You recommend to spend 270k on a property without seeing it??? It is unfortunate to see that you can’t admit that just didn’t send me an email to cancel my booking and I’ve traveled over 4 hours with a toddler for the viewing. And no, you did not offer me a solution! That just shows the poor level of your integrity.

All of the team at YourMove in Beccles have been super helpful, friendly and professional when it came to enquiring about properties, placing offers on several properties and eventually having an offer accepted and purchasing! I couldn't fault any of the team I spoke to as they were always accommodating in answering any questions, queries or concerns that I had during the purchase process. Although the solicitors made the process very difficult and stressful, Olli went above and beyond to help us in any way that he could and I couldn't be more thankful.Highly recommended!
