Liz takes a great deal of care in preparing for our sessions and helps me to feel safe and relaxed. She enables me to make sense of what I'm feeling and find a constructive way forward. She's been instrumental in improving my approach to my emotional health and I feel much better equipped to deal with what life throws at me. Highly recommended.
