Purchased a vehicle from them, had couple of minor faults. Spoke to dealership tried our best both sides to get them fixed. The dealership gave me a full refund with no hesitation.Roger was brilliant from the start, gave me the keys and told me to take my time no pressure and walked away so I could have a good look aroundWould I buy from here again...YES!Amazing showroom with plenty of prestige vehicles.

Very impressed by the staff whose whole aim was simply customer satisfaction. On the day of delivery they spotted a nail in the back tyre of the car I was purchasing. They could have just shipped it to me and I would have never knew, however they replaced the tyre and delayed delivery causing themselves an inconvenience to ensure my car was right. Very honest and Highly recommended.

Having recently bought a very rare 2010 Mercedes E500 Cabriolet from Motor Village, I wanted to thank the team for there can do will do attitude.The stock they have there is interesting to say the least, a lot of older very special bordering classic cars, the absolute cherries of their ranges mixed in the same high end newer vehicles. Whoever is doing the buying has great taste.I have always been wary of used car sales having had poor experiences in the past, however you can’t always buy what you want new!The true test of a company is the experience you have when something doesn’t quite go to plan, in our case we got the E500 home to find a engine management light had popped up. This however could not have been anticipated by the sales staff who immediately offered to collect the vehicle repair and return it ( minimum 4 hrs round trip for two staff with an Additional vehicle ).We came however to a practical solution dropping the vehicle into a local Mercedes Specialist who diagnosed an electrical pump had failed in the emissions system presenting a £900 plus bill for repair.One call to the sales team and the bill was paid without quibble. That’s what you call quality service.The car is beautiful, wife is very happy with her new mode of transport.Thanks Motor Village we shall definitely be back in the future.

Last September about 9 months ago I purchased a Jaguar XF 3.0ltr premium luxury car from here. Just after Xmas the drivers window regulator failed, it then failed its m.o.t in May due to a catastrophic failure of the nearside front alloy the car was impounded until a new alloy was purchased. It had a large fracture that had been previously welded, they would haveknown about this as 4 new tyres were put on the car before I collected it. It has now has developed a coolant system problem and am now concerned that I've bought a lemon. The garage that did the m.o.t couldn't understand how the alloy hadn't failed and as I do mainly motorway driving I consider myself lucky to still be here to write this review. If you are thinking of buying a car from these people please think long and hard before doing so.
