The above points are far from the norm in my experience, and it was a delight to deal with a business that doesn’t mess you around.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have just had a damp proof membrane fitted to bedroom then plastered. The boy who carried out the work was quiet, professional and very tidy. First time I've used the company and will recommend to others. Great work and very satisfied.

We contacted this business several months ago, on a neighbour's recommendation, to see about damp proofing a cupboard and window frames in the main bedroom. They described how they would do the work and said they'd send a quote but we never heard anything and we had to contact them again. Twice. We had 3 visits but several months later still with no quote, we are left to assume they don't want the work. In which case, why not let us know? It's so disappointing and frustrating as they get great reviews and did a great job for our neighbour. I just don't understand it.We wanted to give the job to a local business, now we have to look further afield.
