Drove to lakeside shop where a very helpful assistant, tried the shop in Bluewater called them an arranged for my phone to be fixed same day in 3hrs. So grateful for your friendly staff. Thank you

I've ordered a number of items from Evri and found this place to be helpful kind and professional, they check ID and i've received all parcels on time and they have kindly let me collect a parcel late by pre arrangement when I wasn't well. I recommend this place as an Evri delivery point. Credit where it's due.

Popped in for an Amazon return....it was self service, and seeing as it was my first attempt to use the machine, I dnt think customer service was at its peak! A little more offered help would have been useful and quicker.....at one point I was asked to hold my phone down lower so my QC code can be read, that was all the help I was offered. They seemed a lot friendlier with those who speak better Bengali than me.....but I cud be wrong! The shop had a lot going on but I wasn't really spoken to about what they offered, but I'm sure they do electrical repairs, phones and laptops mainly, from the look of things.

He knows his stuff when it comes to mobile devices and really does help with going the extra mile would definitely recommend you go and visit.

Supposed to be an evri parcel returns point but the staff were rude and unhelpful and I was left upset with the complete lack of customer support and help. I'd recommend finding somewhere else to use as this shop provides awful service!Your reply is confusing. Yes, we should respect others and listen to them. All I was asking was for your help as I was following the instructions I had been given. You offered nothing but aggressive responses and would not help at all. Why do you put yourself forward as an evri drop off point if you have no intention of fulfilling the requirements of that role!

I had my iPhone SE 2nd Generation bottom half of the screen not working while having a cracked screen. Mobile Hub managed to fix it in only 1 hour with a good price too. I would recommend going to this place as it is efficient with repairing and has a reasonable price. The worker there is very nice and sociable. I'll definitely be returning for future repairs.

I went to collect two of my packages after being notified it was ready to be picked up, only to find that the shop was barricaded up with a letter from enforcement agents on the window. I called the number and a guy on the phone basically tells me that nothing should have been delivered today because the hub is closed and that it will open next week. I asked if it was going to be open Monday, he said he doesn’t know, it could be any day. I am incredibly upset because I ordered so many stuff as I’m going on holiday in a few days and I saw no sign put up in the window to say to put the packages in the shop next to it, and on Google it says the shop is open. It’s also partially Evri’s fault because why would you place a package on the floor when you see the shop is closed…I have no idea where my stuff is, I pray it’s in there and it hasn’t been robbed.

I’d leave less stars if I could. Don’t bother taking your parcels there - staff are rude, unfriendly and they do NOT offer the services that they state. They are NOT a legitimate Evri parcel drop off. Avoid at all costs. I will be formally complaining to Evri to have them removed from their partner shops.
