A really wonderful place to stay to explore Inverness.The location is ideal for getting into the city centre but still manages to be quiet and tranquil. There's some great walks along the riverbank and a large, open park right on your doorstep. The facilities in the cabin are very good and of a high standard. The lodge was really well stocked with high quality goodies; food/drink and quality soaps/shampoos. There's some really thoughtful touches, like brollies to borrow, too.I'll be booking again - highly recommended.

It’s hard to find adequate words to describe how much my husband and I loved staying at Ness Lodge. The hosts are absolutely fantastic! Zoe made a dinner reservation for us at the Drumossie Hotel and it was our favorite meal experience in Scotland. I recommend taking their food recommendations to heart because they know their stuff! The home was so cozy, modern, and beautiful that we never wanted to leave! Ness Lodge is a must-stay if you’re in Inverness. You won’t find a better place!

Wee Ness Lodge is just fantastic. It is in a perfect location just a short walk from the center of Inverness. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The location is green, peaceful and serene, with bird song and beautiful views of the River Ness. The most unique part was the hospitality, generosity and friendliness of Zoe and Billy our hosts. We really can't wait to return for our next visit. Thank you for the best memories.

Wow! Where do I start? I never write reviews but this one is long over due and most deserving. My wife and I traveled through out Scotland for 5 weeks and this was by far our most memorable place to stay. We rearranged our schedule and came back a second time during the trip! Zoe & Billy are wonderful, warm and generous hosts. The cottages are beautifully decorated and stocked with lots of goodies for weary travelers. Set along the River Ness and walkable to everything Inverness has to offer. This is by far the best place to stay in the Highlands...dare I say, Scotland! We can't wait to come back and visit our friends at Ness Lodges.

Absolutely stunning holiday lodge, hidden on the Ness Bank, a wee gem, beautifully furnished and so well equipped. Zoe and Billy the hosts were excellent at welcoming us to their lodge and provided an excellent hamper to see us through the weekend.Zoe had the log burner on keeping us lovely and warm when we arrived and after a walk into town for dinner we were ready for a great night's sleep.A totally wonderful stay and we will return.

If we ever return to Inverness, this is exactly where we will always stay. I wish I had 6 stars to give. The location on the River Ness is perfect. The lodge is roomy and beautiful. Spotlessly clean. Stocked with a huge amount of complimentary drink and food. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer. Just as important, the proprietors, Zoe and Billy, were warm, charming, and so welcoming. Only wish we had been smart enough to stay longer in Inverness.

This is a perfect BnB!Perfect location: just a few minutes walk from restaurants and town centre.Perfect location: right by the water front with lovely walks at your doorstepPerfect location: Zoe the landlady lives just next door and is ever willing to help and give advice. She stocks the fridge and larder to the bursting point and you will never be wanting for food and drinks.Perfectly appointed. All the amenities are provided including washer/ dryer, a wood burning stove, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher. No swimming pool unfortunately but you could always jump into the river ;)Possibly the biggest reason to come to Inverness again!
