Expensive and poor rewards except the last 4 houses

Ordered food tonight and still not arrived after 2 1/2 hrs, ended up having to cancel food as session ended before we got food. No apology no compensation. Bingo session was good tho

Played bingo Fri dinner and really enjoyed it, great food and staff

Had a lovely time. Went three times during our weekend in Weymouth .... and got a free roast dinner on Sunday. Thank you Leo x

Staff are Brilliant, they work above and beyond, they definately need more staff to alleviate the pressure on them, and constant complaints by customers, to which it is not the staffs fault. Trying to play fruit machines and claiming winnings is a nightmare. As staff are expected to multi task.Sundays are fairly busy, so an extra 2 staff would be good. 1 for just fruit machine payouts and another bookseller. This would allow Claire or Billy to accomplish other things and bit more customer care

If you like bingo you'll love it here! Great atmosphere with awesome staff. Also good food and drink at reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Sunday afternoon bingo that includes roast dinner! Good luck and win big!

Very nice club staff are very friendly and helpful, despite not having a win will be going again one day.

I went for their opening night and was surprised at the decor. Mostly everything had been updated from the previous owners. There is now a noisy room upstairs, plenty of fruit machines to keep you occupied, as well as plenty of clapper board games in-between sessions. They now have a bar upstairs in the noisy room as well as downstairs. They do provide a food menu but this is limited at this time. This will change though in the near future. They have different sessions throughout the week from free books to Bee packages (tablet bingo), which currently start at £30, this includes all games except for the pots and national. All the staff have been polite and helpful. Some of the staff are from the previous bingo club owners, so are well known to most of the customers. I would love to give them 5 stars but the only draw back is that to enter the bingo hall you have to walk through a doorway that smokers frequent so you get a faceful of smoke when entering. Hopefully this will be remedied as it's not very pleasant. They do have wheelchair access and they now have a parking garage for about 20 cars, so get there early if you want to park there otherwise you will have to find parking elsewhere.

I felt for the staff in the beginning as they were so short staffed ! What really got me was that you pay a £1 or 50p to play the board games In beetween the bingo sessions.. but you can't hear the numbers because the staffAndcustomers are all shouting and banging about . The 1st time the manager have us some money back .. it then happened again and again .. when I approached the manager at the end of the session he just said there's no rules about noise ...
