Vina has a unique blend of personal training as well as physiotherapy. She has been instrumental in helping me overcome some stiffness in my neck combining weight training and physio. She is the only person I would recommend for personal health and training!

I contacted Vina from Vee Fitness, as I had previously torn my rotator cuff and after physio sessions was told to strengthen it so that I can get back to playing cricket.Vina helped me strengthen my shoulder, and also helped me improve my fitness levels. I was able to bowl more overs and play cricket both in a Saturday and Sunday league every week. Training with Vina has made sure I recover faster and have remained injury free since and be able to do what I love best. Thank you so much for your help Vina.I would not hesitate in recommending you to my friends and family.

Vee was great help in getting me back to full fitness after I dislocated my clavicle. She showed me the right stretches and slowly built my strength back up with the correct exercises. I was back and fully fit before I knew it.

I worked with Vina for over 2 months. From identifying what I needed to helping me stay on track, Vina was top rate. She makes sure you're held accountable and makes sure you're doing the work. Above all, she knows what she's doing. Most PTs just give you a program and make you run with it, Vina holds your hand through each session making sure you turn up and do the work.I'm grateful to Vina for the work she put in for me and for teaching me how to look after my body better.I do and always will recommend you to my friends and family.Best RegardsJazz

Vina is an excellent trainer and very knowledgeable which is super helpful, especially if you are a beginner as I was. We worked together to help with PCOS and she was always encouraging as well as methodical in ensuring that we did everything in manageable steps which worked best for my body. Would highly recommend!

Vina was able to support me with understanding my nutrition intake in the lead up to my first full marathon. After many injuries and feeling overwhelmed with information online, she was able to clarify which sources should be taken. She clarified when, how and most importantly why they were important. These are also all still sources I can use as guidance for future runs too. I’ve been able to use in the lead I highly recommend her services!

I wanted to gain some weight, muscle mass and strength. I had never been to a gym and didn't know where to start. Vina was recommended to me by a friend.I approached Vina and decided to work with her to help me achieve my goals. I worked with her for 18 months. She catered the sessions to what I needed, my strength improved drastically and slowly I started to see my muscles. She tracked my progress and I managed to gain weight and muscle while keeping my body fat down.I play cricket and as a result of my training, I was able to bowl faster and for longer spells.Vina has also helped me to learn various exercises and how to write my programs. As I am a vegetarian, Vina taught me about nutrition and made sure all the advice was catered towards me.I now continue to train on my own with the foundation Vina helped me to build.Overall I am very happy to have worked with Vina and would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
