I recently visited TOPSTOP for my local dance school as a treat and was blown away by the delicious food and exceptional service. The front of house staff were so inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we knew the best deals. I would highly recommend this takeaway to anyone looking for a great experience. And a massive shout out to Nathan who was very welcoming! 10/10 staff member

The food is tasty. Despite this, I ordered and payed for a garlic dip. When I collected my order I again asked is my dip there as I didn’t feel confident that they had remembered. A staff member assured me the dip was in there. It was not. It is not that hard to include a dip in an order.

Used this takeaway for many years and always been really happy with it however this evening I ordered a takeaway using the app which said it would be delivered within 45 minutes, after 1 hour I called the shop to ask where it was to be told it was on its way, turned up in another 15 minutes not very hot & almost like it had been reheated, ate half a slice & in the bin it goes, very disappointed & you have now lost a loyal customer. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a chicken supreme pizza and they gave me a spicy chicken one which was so hot I couldn't eat it. When I rang and complained, I was told I'd ordered extra chilli !! Lol. I HATE CHILLI. . So they would never have said that. They weren't interested in resolving the matter . Absolute clowns running this place. ADVICE :Please don't use this place

Well the chicken was the most dry and tasteless i ever had. Had belly aches after until this morning. The guy who initially served me was nice and friendly enough. But the blonde guy i asked for sauces after he could be a bit happier and respectful for customers. Deffo won’t be going back

Absolutely disgusting service.Waited for 20 minutes and then were told they weren’t open to put chips in fryer (despite them already being in for other customers) waiting for nearly half an hour. The server took a personal disliking to me and any my partner, there is absolutely no justification for this type of profiling. Wouldn’t order her again if my life depended on it.

Rip off joint. XL Doner kebab & Medium Kebab ordered. Both were tiny so I put them on the kitchen scales. 303 & 317 grammes between them. Smallest kebabs ever.

Asked for Mixed wrap to be separated including tortilla. Partner doesn’t like mayo and salad hot and wet. Told on phone they don’t do that even though they used to. Both manager and other staff very very rude. No resolution, just rudeness. Will no longer order from here, shambles.
