You are in uk not in mangal bazar.you must have policy to exchange or refund if you don’t do it means it’s fraud shop. I didn’t bring the tailor from my house you took the dress to the tailor you done the alteration and when I came back to you for solution you didn’t respond us as coustmer we waited at least 4 hours 35 minutes.

Forced to buy fabrics, the seller has cut the fabrics without asking if we wanted to buy it. I said I liked, but that doesnt mean I want to buy it. But he forced me to buy, because it was cut. We had an discussion, buy at the I gave up and had to waste 30 pounds on fabric I dont really want. Shame.- Indeed, we saw a top in your shop and were thinking about getting it with the fabric, however we had not decided it yet. There was no point in rushing it up to us, rather give your customer some time to think about what they actually want. from the way that you are writing your reply it is obvious for everybody to see, how we were personally served by you.

We were in the shop where there were no other customers, while we were looking and choosing the material the staff looked like they were in a hurry as they kept on pushing us for the purchase,Everytime We told them to put a piece of material to the side, so we could choose which ones we wanted in the end and all he kept on saying is KATT DO KATT DO"Translated means "shall I cut it"VERY IRRITATING...I suggest you take a pair of SCISSORS with you because these guys really do love cutting

Defected item and unhelpful staffOrdered a dress from here that was larger in size and needed to be altered. Although we got a £10 discount, I still fully paid the inclusive alteration fee. Went back the following week and couldn’t try on the dress in store as they did not have changing rooms. So I went opposite to another store and tried it there, only to find that no alterations had been made at all! They only cut the length of the dress which is too short now and wouldn’t do anything to resolve it when we went back. Ended up paying extra money to get it altered again but was told by the tailor that the dress was completely defected and nothing much could be done. Owner made a lot of promises and did not follow through!

Rude customer service.They makes everyone fool and the clothes are also not of good quality. They just know how to take money forcefully and give you unfitted clothes.
