I booked with Ismal via his contact form on his website, then via WhatsApp. I had the Level 1 package I could not be happier with the outcome. It looks better than if the car had just come out of a showroom. He does amazing work, outstanding what he can do with just a days work. Highly recommended service, very friendly and communicative, takes care doing his job and is meticulous and very attentive in what he does. Excellent all round guy and the service he provides is top tier!

I recently bought a second hand Mercedes Bclass. It was a good price per mileage/years and sound mechanics but it came with stains and smell from the previous owner children. Mr Buff did a fantastic job getting rid of the smell and the stains. See by yourself in the pictures! Astonishing!

Recently checked in my 595 Abarth for a Level 1 Package, and it looks absolutely stunning. Better than when it rolled out the dealership!

My car was very unloved after being used to walk the dog and to transport building materials. With a huge thanks to Ismail, it's back to its shiny, clean glory once again. Very happy with the service as well as dealing with Ismail to arrange dropping off and collection, he was very accomodating and friendly.

First time getting my car valeted since ownership and Ismail from MrBuff carefully explained the process and work required on the vehicle and completed this to a very high standard - doing a great job of removing swirl marks and small scratches, and getting the car shining again.He also advised on how to best maintain the quality of the paintwork and provided good hints, tips and early signs of wear to look out for on vehicles.If you are looking to support a local business who really knows their stuff, I would highly recommend!

Definitely a man who is dedicated to excellence!Well the above statement doesn't do justice as the quality of care and dedication shown Ismail was simply 5-star. It was clear from the outset the he wanted to leave the cat in the best condition possible, and it was. Prior to the work the car has been parked on the road / driveway with occasional usage and as you can imagine all sorts of dirt and other impairments start to affect the visual quality of the paintwork, however now after a hard days work by Ismail the car is restored and like new.A good compliment is to rebook and we have on our other car. The shame (for us not him!), is that he's busy and it's a few weeks away, still worth the wait in my opinion.Thoroughly recommend both, a 5* service and a pleasure to deal with.Thanksc.

We booked Ismail via WhatsApp for a maintenance valet for our Tesla Model 3. Ismail arrived promptly to schedule and carried out the valet over the next 3+ hours.Ismail was extremely professional and courteous. It was clear from the way he worked he takes a lot of care, attention and pride in his work.The results were excellent.We will certainly re-book with Mr Buff when the car needs its next valet.
