Fraud dealer. Stay away from them. You'll thank me later!

He is a fraud. Sold me a car with multiple engine defect. He harassed me mentally and never entertained us providing any support. Consult him only if you want to be harassed

If only I could give 0 stars to this dealer. I am still shocked and under stress due to the extremely poor experience after buying a car from him. He is a big liar, does not provide documents on time, updates incorrect information about purchase online and does not rectify on pointing out. No after sales support. There is warranty mentioned but none will be provided. In fact he will lie about warranty and not even register a warranty. He will not inform that warranty is through a third party which he will register only if you follow up 1000 times or a problem happens with car. He will not entertain any calls for service within 20 days of purchase. He will mentally and verbally harass you. He did not accept fault with documents and not providing warranty. He forced a lot to adopt illegal means to get the problem with the car rectified. And as usual starts verbally abusing you if you request justified customer support. He had the audacity to start blaming that you do not know how to drive. You have damaged the car. This person Jack is a nightmare, do not purchase a car from him if you want mental peace and have a nice car buying experience.

Do not trust all the reviews with 5 stars. Jack is a fraud. He makes you suffer after purchase of the car. He does not give a warranty as promised. He will verbally and mentally abuse you. Worst car buying experience ever.

Do not trust the reviews. Traumatic experience and bad behavior by Jack...He doesn't care for their customers once the sale is made. Do not expect any service once the sale is done. You will be left with no support whatsoever. Infact he will verbally abuse you giving you lot of mental stress. Do not buy from this dealer.
