I've been going to Conor for massage since 2015 when he was recommended to me. I've also done movement coaching with him. I can't recommend him highly enough. Not only is he calm, communicative and friendly, but his sports massages and excellent coaching are second to none. He also has a wealth of knowledge about health and wellbeing, which he will happily share with you but without forcing it on you. He's a hidden gem!

I've seen Conor three times now, twice recently. Lovely guy – friendly and happy. He found my troubled areas, improved how I felt and gave me post-treatment self-care guidance. His hands are warm and soft so I was comfortable from the start, even in November!

Conor did an excellent job when I visited him for a plethora of issues I was facing. He was able to pinpoint the cause of the issues, applied manual therapy and suggested a list of exercises and stretches after the session was over to prevent these issues from occurring again. Would highly recommend.

Conor helped me so Much with my right leg, I had an injury which it was hurting during the night, I couldn’t sleep because of that pain, after 4 sessions it doesn’t hurt anymore and I can stretch it more, its still hirting on some movements, but it’s much much better, I follow his advice on exercising and massage, also he is so passionate about his work and his advice and hands are magical, I am following his therapy and advice to heal my leg and not just that, I also learned from him how to use ropes and how can I flow my body into ropes, which gives a good connection with me and the ground.I do have love for people who are passionate and doing their job extremely professionally well.Definitely I will continue my treatment at supple clinic
