Apalling company to deal with. Drivers regularly wait for over 3h to get tipped. Staff facility behavior is a joke. A bunch of incompetent losers to put it mildly. How can you even call yourselves a business.

Would rate 0 if I could. As a Driver, worst place you could ever expect in the UK. Minimum 3.5hr wait. Only good side is you get chatting to other drivers.

Firstly, Google maps and searches etc state it opens at 5am. That is massively incorrect - it opens at 8am - even their head office (at another site) only opens at 6!!As per many of the other reviews, expect a long wait no matter when you get there... Minimum 2+hrs even if you're first to arrive as we were.Having arrived at 7.40am, we waited for the single staff member on tipping to arrive at 8.15am (for an 8am start) and slowly open up shop quite some time later. Unfortunately, even with only 3 pallets to drop we still weren't out of there until 10.15am...That said, they were friendly by the end and gave us a couple of cans of Monster drinks, hence the 3* rating, which would otherwise have been lower

3rd in qué to tip have to que on road the driver in yard waited 2 hours for 2 pallets driver in front of me took 1.5 hour for 3 pallets fine my turn next but meanwhile ridgids and 7.5 tonners turned up and tipped on road (tail lift & pump truck) so I pull in tip my 3 pallets and waited 30 min went to see the guy checking pallets to see he had not checked mine he was checking the pallets the self tippers had dropped when I asked why is he not checking mine as the ridgids etc arrived after me he said that's how it is asked how long for my paper work and answered dunno an hour or two after already being here over 3 hours so told him to shove the paperwork and left awful place horrible staff one star because I can't give 0

Ignorant goods in staff 2 1/2 hour wait on yellow lines for 1 pallet tip at kerbside total shambles

Delivery place. Good. Slow.

Goods in is a shambles, side tip on the street, always big queues and nowhere to wait.

Not good service long cues not good to customer service dont treat their workers good
