Very easy to organise a collection. Very friendly and helpful call centre. However, not everything went to plan. The booking was for a particular day and time, but I received a call a couple of days before whilst I was out to say that they were at my flat to collect the item. Unfortunately I couldn't make it. But it was collected on the correct day.The only other problem, which didn't involve me, was a complaint by a neighbour that there was some damage caused to the hallway.

clearance and clean up Ltd I will recommend to my family and friends I rang them on Monday and they came the next day to collect my household waste they was polite on the phone and when they came to my house they did a good job and they was friendly I will definitely call them again in the future if I need to get rid of anything

Very Fast Service called in the morning and by lunchtime same day the guys from Junk Doctor arrived.They quickly removed everything and tidied up behind themselves.Really Happy I chose them and will definitely be using their services again.
