I loved the taste of their Hell kitchen Burger, the Coriander taste, the spiciness, However Meat Was dry no body asked us about the doneness of meat that we prefer as we prefer it medium but they just dried it out. I tried two Burgers and all has the same dryness issue hell kitchen fries are with the same sauce so it's not fascinating.I heard they have bottomless drink fountain, so i asked for coke tell times and i was charged two times, so no all you can drink.A bit Expensive for dry meat.

This place was on my food bucket list and it did not disappoint ! Very good burger! I added some Wagyu beef extra to the burger for only 5.50£ ,I cannot explain the taste it was soooo delicious! Definitely going back if visiting London again:) p.s. be careful of the service charging added to the bill automatically,you can ask them to remove it and just tip them yourself ;)

Overpriced. Chicken avo Burger for 18,5 £ was so small. I was still hungry after that one. Sweet potato fries were good. No design, interior like cheapest canteen. In the toilet was cold. Chicken avo burger + sweet potato fries + 1 tea= 27£. The only nice thing - Christmas tree.

Being big burger lovers, we definitely wanted to try this place. We were not disappointed.We found a friendly environment, friendly service and a delicious meal. We will definitely come back.

A really awful salty seasoning all over our fries, had to complain and be sent back. Terrible music playing, sounds like a kids club and not pleasant whatsoever. Not wanting to return, especially since going to the first one in Kensington years ago and enjoying it then.

Had lunch here, prices are decent considering the location and the name attached to the restaurant. Service was very good, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was good.Now for the food: the Mac & cheese and onion rings were quite nice. The combinations of burgers they have work very well but unfortunately the burgers were overcooked and on the dry side, a cardinal sin for a chef Ramsay restaurant.The other bad part was the payment, we only realised after leaving that people are automatically charged a service charge %, for us it was almost 10£. Usually it's not a problem as a lot of places do this, the problem was that it was listed on the receipt as a voluntary service charge, there was nothing voluntary about it..

Dining experience with solidly okay. The burger was small, but tasty. Fries were quite good - deliciously seasoned. For 18 quid you could probably get a better burger elsewhere. Macaroni, I wouldn't waste your money on.

The best burger I have ate in London, both Hell Kitchen Burger and Lamb Burger are great fresh veggies and a but spice tang, the spicy chicken wings I selected umami and the hot-spicy ones and I love the hot-spicy (4-chilis sign) better...recommend for burger hunter!....

I recently had the opportunity to dine in at this amazing burger spot, Katerina (manager) was a very warm host and Muhammad Shamyl was my server. They did a tremendous job. I am absolutely delighted by the experience and the quality of the food at a very reasonable price. I tried the Chicken and avocado burger. 10/10 points for the food and ambience. Definitely recommend it.

+ the burgers were really nice although more on a classic side, nothing too special, however I personally really enjoyed them. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was good ! Homemade lemonade is amazing.The service was impeccable, super fast and efficient, with a smile.- the music was very loud and the only downside is that the portion is in fact very small for the price you pay. It is a pitty.
