Beni from Brak Recovery was outstanding. When he arrived which was at a record time, we had already been waiting by our broken car for over 5 hours which we were let down by our breakdown recovery company. It's really hard to impress someone after that long wait. But he did it. He was extremely polite, drove really carefully. Also offered a hand when we were getting our bags from the car. He also drove us to our house after dropping the car in the garage at 2am, which he was not obligated to do. He went out of his way to provide an Outstanding service, Thank you Beni for your support that night.

Broke down at Beaconsfield services and called brak recovery and was with me in half hour took me to my garage in Mitcham for a cheaper price then other local companies was very happy with price, was a really nice guy as well would definitely recommend this recovery service
