Average food. Rude staff. Yelled at my 2 year old daughter for touching their small Inflatable cactus out the front of the shop. Stay off the hot sauce and get a grip, she's 2.

Sadly I didn’t get to eat the food as my customer experience was so appalling.I asked for nachos and they prepared tacos. I informed the lady making them that I had said nachos and she firmly told me that I had said tacos. I said I hadn’t but the tacos looked good and I would happily take them to save waste. Her colleague butted in to firmly tell me that I had said tacos and she had also heard me, I replied to say I know what I wanted to eat and I had said nachos but would take the tacos as I had said. She went on to say I had ordered tacos a few more times after.Angry that I was told what I had said I replied to say that it’s an easy mistake to make and they misheard me, at no point did they apologize or say they may have misheard me.They were working behind a screen so it’s an easy mistake to make but the customer facing service was awful and let them downI went to another street food market and found my nachos which were delicious.

Grabbed a quick chicken burrito here after a long day at work. The server who helped me was very friendly and pleasant. Now I’m not usually a chicken fan, preferring beef or pork, but I took a gamble. I do not regret it at all! This was some of the most flavorful and tender chicken I’ve ever had. I wish they just sold the chicken meat so I could add it to my dishes at home.

I was really looking forward to eating here but when I went up to ask for the menu and order the person at the register was immensely rude, making not just me but the customer next to me feel stupid for asking questions regarding our dietary needs. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but the staff and service was just not it. I hope this was just a one time thing but this is just my review. There are a lot of other cool places at box park you opt for instead.

Sunday 13th November 12:44pmThe girl working here has the MOST disgusting attitude I may have ever witnessed while simply trying order a burrito.She makes your food very sloppily and also doesn't standard portions of what you've asked for, especially in relation to price-- It's no wonder this Hola Wembley appears to be the least visited restaurant in Box Park....Get better employees; respectful ones!Be kind, courteous and professional!

I went to eat here but the person that attended was really really rude. Not sure if the food is worth coming here again.
