I have visited boots opticians several times this month with my daughter for eye check contact check, purchasing glasses and contact lenses. Customer service was to a very high standard, we were seen by Chris, Amy Broghan and Sonia they all had lots of time for any questions very friendly. Amy helped my daughter choose some really nice glasses. Actually looking forward to my own eye test in a couple of months. Thank you guys.

First class service received from Barzi and Chris today, exceptional customer service, I highly recommend anyone to get their glasses there, all staff were very engaging to their clients and other clients if ever other staff require assistance. I've found they're better than other competitors out there. Well done guys!

Early on Monday morning Oct 2nd, I called my Optician. I needed a simple answer from the optician, to my query and explained it to the receptionist. She assured me that she would call me back that day. She didn't. I called the next morning, complained that no-one returned my call on Monday and spoke to a different receptionist, again I was assured that she would call me back 'shortly'. She also didn't call me. I am aware that they can have busy times, I worked as a doctor's receptionist in a busy surgery, but come on, I would never have been so disrespectful to our patients. Do I have to go through all of the staff before someone will have the decency to return my call and answer my question regarding my cataract surgery.

I just wanted to say how much of a great experience I had in Boots opticians Wallisdown last week. I felt very taken care of and I felt like I had a great and in-depth examination. After which I needed glasses, I felt the pricing was clear and transparent.

I bought a pair of bifocal glasses two months ago and visited Wallisdown Road branch again last month, for an adjustment and a quick question. The young lady who attended me needs a serious training for customer service skills and general manners.First of all, she doesn't have any idea of saying please" to the customers. "Sit here"

I had my eyes tested recently and gotten two pairs of glasses from this boots opticians and I have to honestly say that it was the best experience I’ve had at any opticians. The service was so good and staff were so helpful and attentive.I had done my pre-checks before going into testing room to have my eyes tested and the optical consultant Amy was very welcoming and polite. She explained everything when using the machines and didn’t skip out on anything.When doing my eye test with the optician, he was very clear, polite and reassuring. Sofiane was very thorough and also checked on a worry I had regarding my eyes and reassured me that everything was okay.Even when it came to picking out glasses, everyone working there was super helpful. I’m very picky with what glasses I want and usually spend a while going through many pairs, but the staff Barzi, Sonia and Vanessa, were very patient with me and gave me help and advice on each pair I tried on, until I found my perfect 2 pairs.I’ve been to many opticians in the past because I’ve always needed glasses, but this boots opticians is the best! Highly recommend if you want a good service, helpful staff and a thorough eye check.

I had an appointment at boots opticians recently and it went so smoothly and had the best service. They were very clear thorough with the eye assessment and spent as much time with me as I needed to look through and pick up glasses. I look forward to coming again!!!
