I shop in this store 3 times a week will not be going back again, its the 22nd of August and they have Christmas decorations out for sale already . I love Christmas when it's Christmas time not the middle of August .

I recently phoned the store and spoke you a staff member Daniel, When I asked him if they had a certain item that I wanted, he took the time to look on the shelves to find it, I asked him if he would keep some by for me and I would be straight down, and he did. To me that was good customer service. Thank you Daniel.

I like this store as I prefer to call it labels for less, as well known label goods are a little or substantially cheaper than the well known shops. However if you don't have a car it's quite a walk to get to from the centre of Stockton-on-Tees 10-15 mins to Parkfield.

I love this shop, however some staff are of very little help. Internet on my phone wasn’t working very well, staff member said it happens in that shop however when my shopping timed out and I couldn’t use my phone to pay I was left to unpack and replace items on a different till. Very embarrassing, nightmare with 2 small children with me in a very busy shop. Horrible situation that could have been avoided with more supportive staff on the tills
