The last time we tried to order from here our order was cancelled about 30 mins after placing the order, even though the shop should have still been open. It’s twice now we ordered and paid an extra £2 to upgrade our ice cream but didn’t receive the ice cream.

Took 2 hours to be delivered. Milkshakes were over turned in bag. What was left of the milkshake had a hair in it. Never ordering again.

If I could give these a 0 I would!! Really really disappointing, placed our order at 8pm, got a message to say that it would arrive around 10pm as they were a bit delayed tonight, which was fair enough... 10:40pm still no order.... so I rang them to see where my order was, they told me that their driver had an emergency and had to go home early, they said my order will be another 15 minutes with a new drive and that he is on his way with my order. 12:00am... still no order...tried ringing them again, no answer, it is now 7:00am and they didn't even turn up!! What an actual joke!!!

Bad customer service. Ignored our online order for nearly an hour even though the shop was still open and when calling them to ask why they hung up on the call and asked to text instead - red flag #1. They said they shut early at 10 even though i had finished work and walked past their shop about 10:20-10:30 and someone was in the shop front with their legs up watching TV - red flag #2. They gave an excuse that they had to see a family member in hospital, one that they seem to give a lot to people when they have their orders ignored - red flag #3. And when texting them about the issue he seems uninterested and slowly stops replying unless I actually ring them to get their attention - red flag #4. 5 - 4 = 1, so 1 star is all they're getting.I recommend not giving them your attention and money and instead give it to professional businesses that are reliable and won't give excuses for being lazy.

Ordered online and was told our delivery was going to be 30 minutes (we only ordered milkshakes). We ordered at 11:05 and got a text at 11:43 that they were closed but they close at midnight. We called and they kept hanging up on us! And decided to text us about it instead! He said they only had one driver and that he had to close early for a family emergency, which looking at the reviews is a common excuse for him. Would not recommend ordering from here as it looks like they’re just full of excuses!

Didn't even turn up!!! Ordered at 6.15 had a text saying that had recieved order and what not. tried calling over and over because hours had passed. At 10.55 I recieved a message saying they were now closed!! Atleast a phone call to say it wasn't coming would have been nice!!! Do not order from here utter waste of time
