What use to be a great place a long time ago, has no been taken over by a company without a clue, staff well please clueless manager if she is I feel sorry for the crowd in here are people that have no idea of what is happening, bring back the 70's cheers

Excellent place with even better people. Sharon and Nathan took us in and went above and beyond to take care of us when our other hotel booking fell through. They are genuinely great people who care about taking care of their hotel guests. The room was luxurious compared to all of the other places we stayed in the UK. Then there was the pub downstairs, which was a nice place to hang out and have a few drinks in the evenings. They have a very nice barmaid named Erin who was very friendly and helpful to us. Overall, highly recommend to anyone that needs a place to stay or drink in the area.

A very tired place - it feels like it's seen better days. The superior" room which I was charged nearly £250 for had paint peeling off the wall

The Warrington Hotel
The Warrington Hotel is full of charm and amazing staff. We were blessed to have Nathan check us in and go above and beyond for us during our vacation. The food is excellent and the drinks are even better. It would be a shame to miss out on staying at the Warrington Hotel where they truly care about residents. Many heartfelt thanks to Nathan and staff!!!

The Warrington Hotel
What a venue! Very impressive looking bar that replicates a hot-air balloon. The decor generally gave my Phineas Fog vibes. Has a private function room and outside space to soak up the sun. Staff were all lovely, food was a little disappointing, and the drinks were all in plastic, which is never ideal.Still definitely recommend as a place to hang out, lovely atmosphere.

Food is incredible, great service, spectacular decor.But dude, what is going on with the grouting in the toilets. An absolute shambles. I find myself wondering whether the tiler was high on lsd or going through a rocky divorce.Bad grout = bad vibes

The Warrington Hotel
This is a terrible pub, went here after a lords cricket match and it was empty. This isn't why I'm rating it a 1 star. We accepted the fact that there was no music or bar staff to just enjoy a few pints before heading home. The kitchen was closed so we asked if we could order some pizzas which the barmaid said yes. After receiving our pizzas the owner or manager came out and told us we cannot eat pizzas inside the bar. It was a rule she would not budge on despite her bar staff approving. We were the only customers and asked nicely if we could stay inside and eat our food and continue to buy drinks but she aggressive told us no and we had to huddle under an umbrella in the rain outside. If I could rate the customer service and experience a zero I would. Highly recommend never to go to this pub.

Over all the bartenders were very nice and welcoming provided good service. However, I was waiting to be served I noticed one lady with a lip piercing wasn’t doing anything as customer were waiting not aware of her surroundings. Not acceptable in my opinion on a busy hot day.

Nice pub with a fantastic old-school interior. Doesn't feel like a chain pub at all which is a big plus for me, nice cask ale and staff were friendly and quick even during a busy period at the bar. Nice outdoor space too which would be good for a meal with kids during a summer day
