Thank you doesn't quite seem enough for the incredible service we recently received from Adam and his team. My Nan passed away before her time, and although we knew it was coming, it still shocked us all. We had never dealt with a bereavement before in the family and instantly felt lost and questioned 'what happens next?'. Maddocks were amazing. From picking my Nan up to giving her the most dignified send off, and every tiny detail in between. They covered it all, and with so much compassion and empathy along the way. We had so many questions and not a single thing was too much for them. Every time we would visit Maddocks there was always someone on hand to support us, and always so patient. The days leading up to the funeral, again, Maddocks went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported. We had specifically asked for Rachel to be the funeral director and lead the procession as we were a family full of women and thought it would be very fitting. Rachel was amazing; so considerate and caring of our emotions and feelings on what was the hardest day of our lives. The whole team were just as amazing and as a family, we will forever be grateful for the service we received from Maddocks. I would highly recommend them to anyone who sadly needs to use this service.

Dear Adam and all the team at Maddocks.Myself and my family would like to express our deepest gratitude and thanks for all your support, looking after Sam in a calming and beautiful place that you have, and making the hardest days of our life's beautiful and a day that we can remember as being a beautiful day for Sam.Your team and Louise made her day so perfect we couldn't have asked for anything more.We also want to thank you for letting Peter be involved in the funeral as it put us as a family at peace knowing he was looking after her and made it much more personal to us. Recommend Maddocks 100%. Cant thank Steve and his team enough for a truly professional experience. Attention to detail was very good.All the help throughout the funeral itself was so good . A church service and burial in Stockbridge is not the easiest of places to hold a funeral due to the location of the Cemetery but all.of the team did there bit to make it as easy as they could. Thank you.

I would like to thank Chris and the team for their exceptional care of my father. At a time when everything felt emotionally overwhelming, Rachel and all the staff at Maddocks just stepped in and provided flawless support to my family and I, with the perfect blend of compassion, kindness, professionalism and respect. Despite the challenges of the coronavirus, nothing was too much trouble, and they helped ensure we had the perfect send off my Dad, for which we are truly grateful.
