Went here with my cousin and he got a breckfast as he went on self serving and I got told I wasn't aloud as I only had cash I didn't get a sausage egg mc muffin well bad start to the day I was like 30 seconds away from buying the meal I feel I should of been served a breakfast meal as they was still preparing the morning food for other customers such as my cousin who I came in with who paid by card had to get a triple and fries not happy.

Just ordered the Big and Cheesy with Bacon at the desk ( with an employee). Asked for no lettuce or onions. Burger was served to me (take-away) in good time. However

Usual affair..the photo shows a luscious burger with moist green lettuce and ripe tomatoes bursting out of the bun over a bronzed burger..what you get resembles a mushy mess with a tiny piece of anaemic pale yellow lettuce the size of a stamp. It's tasted good and filled a hole...just don't look at it. The customer service was excellent!

The hottest food I've ever had from a McDonald's! Cooked fresh, cooked well, and the wait time didn't bother me once I'd realised how fresh the food was. Baby even enjoyed this first happy meal. Will definitely return when we're this way again.

Maybe keep the drinks. Food wise, quality Is terrible and quantity is just as bad. You are better off going to brewers fayre or something of the like for a similar price but better all round. Most of the time McDonald's don't even have what you ask for and a few times we have left empty handed as we were forgotten about, so we had no time to eat and had to get a refund. That's why we love Gloucester services. No McDonald's or fast food. Only quality locally sourced products.

24 hours, filthy clearly been a busy day but no one has picked up the mess, rubbish on tables, under tables around the edges and all round dirty there seemed to be a number of staff about but perhaps not the best organised. Disney music blaring out from the kitchen, was pretty cool but perhaps a little annoying at the same time as staff seemed to be enjoying that more. Ordering Machines didn't seem to work so had to go to the till and staff at first seemed a little put out but in return didn't look at the machines Either.Chips where undercooked and machine gave no receipts so unable to make a complaint.This isn't a McDonald's I wish to return to, sorry.

Never had any mistakes on any order I made, it gets mad busy but still quite organised so I can't fault it really. Brilliant McDonalds.

Pre ordered food on the machine and it didnt not give us a number or print a receipt. Had to get up mobile bank app to prove i paid for my order. Very poor service.
