My engagement ring was purchased from here, we purchased it already ready made, unfortunately after wearing it we decided it was too loose, the store re-sized it to my finger at no extra cost and it now fits beautifully. This made a huge difference and I am very satisfied.I wanted a small,family independent store for my ring and not to ' buy' into a carbon copy of large chains...Reigate and particularly Clive Allan Jewellers holds a special place in my heart as it's where my engagement ring was bought. It cannot be underestimated the importance of a good experience & good customer service when buying such a symbolic piece of jewellery. Very pleased.

I found the team helpful and friendly. I ordered a custom made wedding band as I have an unusual engagement ring. I'd like to mention that they quoted a price when taking my ring in and said that it could take up to two weeks as it was a custom order. I called a couple of times to see how things were going within the second week that I was expecting it back, as I hadn't heard from them, they said it would take a bit longer as they were unusually busy. When it did come back I was told that it would be £130 more than they had quoted, which upset me as there was no mention of this in all the times that I had called in. As it was 1 week before my wedding there was little that I could do and they just kept saying that I'd love it, which was beside the principle. I do love the ring, which is great. I think I would have just appreciated knowing that it would be closer to double the original quote a bit sooner that the day it was ready to be picked up.

Recently popped in to get a ring resized, staff were very helpful and explained exactly what would happen. 5 days later i get a phone call my ring is ready to collect, very reasonably priced and they made it so easy. Thank you!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff .I was on the hunt for something different for my wife's birthday .They showed Me a few very unusual but beautiful pieces of jewelry .I personally couldn't be happier with the service I received & i personally will definitely be going back.Lovely pair of ladies.

I took my Breitling to be checked out here. It had stopped working despite having had a full service by Breitling (£850) only two years before. Clive Allen had it for weeks. Despite saying they would contact Breitling to discuss what they had done in order to get it working again, and despite ringing Clive Allen myself to find out what work had been done during their service, I got nothing. I even went back to the shop to ask them what had been done. Nothing. Awful communication.

Clive Allan replaced the sapphire in my engagement ring for me, I was so anxious as it is obviously a very sentimental piece of jewellery but when I got it back it was perfect! It only took about 10 days to come back and it was on the cheaper side of the estimate they gave me, I cannot recommend them enough!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Awful customer service, never mentioned that they don’t offer refunds on gifts and no terms and conditions on their website or the receipt. Was never told when purchase that I was unable to return. Will be taking this further.
