Expect double amount of time for anything they suggest.Quote in 1 week? Wait 2-3.Repair in 4 weeks? Waited 10.Feedback? Never. Had to email the same email 8 times directly after each other in order to get any response.Camera worked in the end. But communication is absolutely dire and do not expect anything to be done in any short matter of time.

Popped in last week to buy a camera and didn’t really know what I was doing. Greg (I think that was his name anyway, nice guy), recommended a Sony one that has been great and met all my needs.

I’ve used Fixation twice to fix 2 seperate Sony Alpha One camera once under warranty due to a shutter failure and other due to a cracked screen and memory card failure both times took a few weeks due to getting parts in, but result was 1st class and customer service was always great. Highly Recommend

On each of my 3 visits to Fixation London I have been very impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness.My first visit required a repair to my Canon 5D & 1-400 Lens. On completion the insurance company refused to cover. Without being asked Fixation contacted the company and the matter was resolved.My 2 nd visit was a 1 to 1 training session for canon r. This was an excellent 1 hour session which resolved all my queries.The third visit resolved my 5D firmware issues.I wish I had found them years ago.Thankyou to all staff and Greg in particular.

Do not use this company if you're looking for a quick or even 'reasonable fix'. It's now been well over a month now since sending my camera to be repaired. Having to constantly chase for updates as their log on system is useless for providing information on the repair progress. Each time I'm told awaiting parts and it'll be 1-2 weeks for them to come in, to then 2 weeks later be advised again awaiting parts and it'll be another 2 weeks.Just not a good experience at all.

This store is incredible. Wex is known for its knowledgeable employees and this is no exception. Greg and Adrian were fabulous - so intelligent, honest, kind and helpful. They knew everything to help me change from my beloved Canon system to the Fuji mirrorless. They even helped me trade in my best lens. And their advice was completely tailored to my needs after listening to my highly inexpertly and inexperienced Intel on my requirements. They didn't once try to take advantage or sell me something I didn't need. And they put up with me for pretty much an hour answering my questions and looking up the best options for me. I can't praise them enough. It's been my best experience buying anything. Thank you. I'll now never go anywhere else for my camera needs.

Very poor experience. After receiving an estimate to repair my camera, I was told the repair could be completed within 2 weeks because they had 'all the parts.' When there was no update from them after 3 weeks, they apologized saying technicians were on vacation and it would be done the following week.I called the following week and they said they had been 'waiting for parts' but surely it would be done the following week. After I complained about the delays and needing the camera for my upcoming vacation, I guess someone finally decided to open up the camera to see if the repair could be completed and they decided not.They apologied, explaining they could not open the camera until the 'estimate had been approved.'" I had approved the estimate over a month earlier and would very much have liked to know back then that I needed a new camera. Terrible experience."

Super helpful and professional advice. Overall experience was far above expectations. Andrea advised me on a new camera and he was very honest and straight forward about my needs and price point and found the perfect model 2nd hand for me at a very good price. Probably one of the best equipped and knowledgeable photography stores in london.
