Nike Store

Very poor customer service. Stood for what was too long holding running trainers from the display which I wanted to try on. Sales staff a few yards away chatting to each other. When I called one over they looked pretty disinterested and couldn't tell me anything about the trainers, what set the different styles apart or what kind of support they provide for running. Wasn't asking anything technical, I just wanted to know more about the product. God knows what kind of training staff get, but the person who served me certainly hadn't gone out their way to educate themselves on what they are there to sell. I apologise if they were new, but I got the feeling the disinterest in customer needs is endemic across the store. Once I decided what pair to go for, to top off a pretty disappointing experience, I was nearly given the wrong pair of shoes when they were placed behind the till.I feel for anyone working in customer service and sales, but Nike is huge brand and products are NOT cheap so it's not great when you walk out the store thinking, 'I hope I've bought the right thing' when you've parted with your own cash.This was such a different experience to when I was in the store some 8/9 years ago, again for road running shoes. The person who served me couldn't have been more helpful and the trainers I was sold were fantastic which is why I wanted to go back.Please improve your customer care, systems and product knowledge among staff.

Quite a large Nike store in a good location at the bottom end of the popular style mile in Glasgows Buchanan Street. Of course it sells exclusively Nike sports gear consisting of their range of trainers and sports clothing for men and women of all sizes, it's over 2 levels and has a helpful staff. Nike is not the cheapest sports range but is quite fashionable

You can now see the famous nike logo branded all over the shop. image was taken on 18th april 2018The nike store does not really change the images was taken in Sept just giving you quick update. again sells the usual Nike clothing and footwear. the store is looking good.

I like this shop and I've gotten a few shoes from Nike and liked them. I think they layout is pretty unique and interested vs a standard sport/shop. My only complaints is how getting assistance is because of how staff having their own till" and wonder around. It's great when you're being served but what ends up happening is you wait until they're done with 1 customer and then they jump to another even if they came in while you've been waiting 5 minutes."

Have to give 10000 stars for Jack's service in first floor.Was here last Saturday during black friday to see the Air Pegasus 4 Trail Gore Tex. He was very patient, ordered different sizes. Suddenly a lot of people came in and I wanted him to make the order online so I could get the Black Friday discount in other products which they sold in store, but not online (like the skipping rope they have). He told me to wait for 5' because he had to bring some other shoes but then managed everything super fast and super nice; was not at all overwhelmed!What's more, he had been working since 7:45am and it was around 16:15, 15 min before he was out. Really good service Jack!

Great selection on everything probably the best sports shop in the city the thing that makes it for me though, is the staff all brilliant helpful and friendly. I went down to change over trainers bought from Nike online that were too big for me and from the minute I walked in, warmly welcomed explained and it was sorted from a really nice young lad who directed me upstairs where I was welcomed by another friendly young chap who promptly went and got another pair for me to try on, sorted!This level of customer service is what brings people back, some shops in town you feel like a hindrance on the staffs day, not here, also I had a look around and the selection of everything is awesome! Looking forward to going back on Saturday for the new Brazil top and a new tracksuit for the gym! Just do it, indeed!

A lot of #same trainers just in different colours,#and ALL VERY VERY EXPENSIVE & did not have what I was looking for

Nicely laid out, but not much choice of trainers. Would visit again.
