High Barn Farm Kennels, Cattery-Pets Hotel

Amazing kennels. I was concerned as our border collie is 13 years old and has arthritis in her back legs. All the staff there are lovely and really care for the dogs. Teak came home looking and smelling amazing. Thank you all. You are the best.

Very pleased indeed - my dog was much happier when collected than previous two kennel stays elsewhere. She made new doggo friends and was clearly well cared for. Would highly recommend.

First ever kennel stay for both our dogs aged 10 & 12! We worried & wondered how they would cope/settle? We resisted the temptation to phone & ask! When we collected them after 7 nights they looked in the best of health ..... alert, bright eyed & glossy coated. Would feel no qualms in their staying again with Jennet, Richard & their lovely team in the future. Many thanks to you all.

We had to go away for 2 weeks to visit our grandparents. Kai is our first puppy and I was sceptical about putting him in a holiday kennel whilst we were away as he has never been away from us and I have heard many horror stories of pets in Kennels.I rang the barn to enquire about space availability for Kai and they kindly offered us a trial day for him to see how he gets on with the staff and the barn environment. He loved his trial day and we decided to book him in.The staff put us at ease whenever I rang to check on him. He was well looked after and all his needs were met throughout his time at the barn - it was a holiday for him after all.I would recommend the barn to anyone looking for a home from home for their furry friends, whilst they are away.I just want to say a big thank you to the staff at High Barn for taking care of Kai :)

Always a brilliant friendly service. They take great care of our dog Ralph who can be a bit precious/anxious at times with multiple walks a day. The dog hotel is a great offering. The team there are always consistent and our dog returns happy. Thank you High Barn Farm!

Merlin's first time in a cattery and I can honestly say he was so we'll looked after. He can be a bit difficult sometimes. On collection they told me after a couple of day's he'd settled really well. People are so friendly and I won't hesitate to book again hopefully for next year's holiday. Thanks again all at High Barn.

Fantastic service from everyone at High Barn. This was Rocco's first time staying away and I was a little apprehensive about how he would be.After booking his dates, I was invited to see the kennels and was taken on a tour of the whole site. Straight away I knew he would be in great hands.Brought Rocco in for his stay and as soon as staff members took his lead he was off like I wasn't even there!Contacted staff whilst I was away to see how he had settled and had a reply back within the hour, confirming he was ok and loving life away from home.Small things like this matter when its your pet and the service from start to finish was brilliant. I will definitely use High Barn again and recommend to family and friends.
