I went there yesterday after work and had a very good experience. Before starting, there will be a short body condition enquiry and examination, and a massage plan will be made for my own condition, because of my back and neck discomfort, so Farah did a very detailed massage on my back and neck, and also on my legs. After the massage I was very relaxed and comfortable. I also received an email from Farah after returning home sharing ways to relax my body by myself. Higher recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing body massage, I bought a voucher on Groupon it’s value for money.

Farah was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After being advised by my GP after experiencing back pain, I booked an appointment. Farah did a full assessment, highlighted the issue, provided treatment as well as exercises and resources to follow at home after this. I was really impressed and pleased with the results, and I would highly recommend!

I've now been a few times and Bal he has been great in helping me get back to my best physically . He's very passionate and really wants to help you recover. I've been to a few Physio/Chiropractors in the past but never really received the same amount of care and also very knowledge and will go out of his way to advise if any extra treatment is needed with someone else. Highly recommend!
