Very poor experience, which was a surprise as we had used Edward Alan happily for a previous carpet & fitting.... On the original fitting date the new carpet arrived with a hole in it. They ordered a replacement as quickly as possible but unfortunately the fitting was not great; exposed gripper strips into my young daughters bedroom and damage done to skirting board and plaster work which the fitters tried to conceal by moving furniture in front of the damage. They did return to correct the areas where the carpet wasn't fitted properly but we were left with cracked plaster work ripped wallpaper and chipped paint to skirting boards

From start to finish we received fantastic service and support from Gavin & Adam. They let us take numerous samples home to try, and when we eventually placed the order the installation guys who attended (Gary & Ryan) were first class. Would highly recommend

Fantastic local family run business that has been in Chippenham many many years. Always friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I never consider anywhere else - it's the go-to place for any flooring or tiling with a massive choice available. Superb.
