I used the services of the Education Team in the Cardiff branch as a university student. My solicitor, Mr McFarland, and his team were excellent. From the onset they were genuinely caring, professional and thorough throughout. I was ultimately successful in my university appeal and got the outcome I wanted. Victoria Meehan, couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. I was given a lead time of 2 weeks for a solicitor within the field of Education (EHCP) was available. Emailed on week three. Victoria emailed back “no availability until September”?!. When I enquired as to why she had stated 2 weeks.I received this response (not an auto response, in capitals ). “ I NO LONGER WORK FOR SINCLAIRS LAW.So rude and really sets the tone, as a representative of any company.Lucky escape !!! - Avoid at all costs **

Sinclairs dealt with the probate of our parents estate and the sale of their house. They were very professional throughout and their charges were very reasonable.

We used Sinclairslaw to contest our local authority about our son's EHCP and we cannot recommend them highly enough, Adam Mercer and Chris McFarland were just incredible throughout the lengthy fight we had, they kept us informed throughout and ultimately won us the independent specialist school we were fighting for! We avoided two tribunal hearings thanks to Sinclairslaw and got the best possible outcome!

Absolutely disgrace by the staff, I have been trying to get hold of an education solicitor or barrister, they do not bother with your phone quarries or emails to solicitors. they have asked me to send my documents for them to have a look and then they will get back to me after a view, after waiting of 2 months they asked me to pay them £5000 to view my documents. They are ripping people right off, please do not bother contact this firm. I want my review to reach to the Directors of the companies and my request to them at least higher a decent staff to run your BIG NAME firm. Thanks for the read people...again do not trust this firm...

I enlisted the legal aid of Christopher McFarland and his team to take on our Local Authority regarding school placement and EHCP amendments for my daughter.From the off, Christopher and the team were absolutely outstanding. They kept us constantly updated, always answered any questions and concerns we had with clarity and compassion and always kept us updated on costs.The end result was better than we hoped for - they not only bloodied the nose of the LA to such an extent that we secured a place at our school of choice, but the LA capitulated on every one of our proposed amendments - even going so far as to add in provisions. They all but begged us not to proceed to tribunal, and this was entirely down to the thorough professionalism of Christopher and the team.They were recommended to us by an acquaintance and we are so glad we took the advice. They have changed our daughter's life for the better.
