I belong to the Hull City Officials Supporters Club who use the venue on match days, a good day place to meet prior to the match and only a minute walk to the ground.

Have been a couple of times for an MMA event and also a children's soft play challenge course day. Parking seemed small (depending on how busy the event was) but there is usually an overflow or other places to park that are not too far away. Toilet facilities inside were always clean and well maintained. Decent food and drinks available, too.
