If you’re looking for a luggage concierge, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! You get ripped off !!! Rude staff !! Told I’d be charged 1£ per bag, 3£ first hour and then 1£ every hour. Had 2 bags, and dropped them off from 6 TIL 11. That’s 2£ plus 6hours, so 8 pounds. I was charged 14£ !!!!!!! Apparently he was saying the hours are counted per bag. The man was raising his voice with me in front of all his customers and had invalid arguments as to why he’s charging me so much.

Shop keepers are rude, very sadist people. they steal poor customers money, never use ur bank card, instead of charging me £3 they charged me £13, very dodgy peopleDont go to this shop

The fat man that does nights is extremely racist and rude, I was for him to finish with an customer who I was infront patiently and when it was my turn to top up my oyster this man proceeded to tell me to hurry up for no reason, continue to be disrespectful. Really upset my morning.

Unfortunately, I can't give them more than 3 strars. The staff is very unhelpful and maybe disinterested in their customers - they're always talking on their mobile phones. However, the store is well stocked and the prices are good.

When we eventually found it it worked well. BUT all advertising pictures show costcutter sign so that is what we were looking for. We did have a shop number but shops don't have them on show so it took some finding!

The shopkeeper at the till overcharged me on everything and refused to honour the prices listed for the items. An 89p chocolate bar was £1, 99p Ribena was £1,39, etc...All the RRP were listed on the items themselves and the shelves but when it came to ringing them up he decided to take advantage of me despite my adding up the correct total on my phone.I am EXTREMELY disappointed in such a level of dishonesty and will be reporting the shop to trading standards.
